A 30 to 45 minute video call covering your clinic's current marketing setup, patient acquisition goals, and budget. We walk through the Silver, Gold, and Diamond packages and recommend a starting point. There is no obligation — about half of discovery calls do not lead to a contract, and that is fine.
We are based at 980 Fraser Drive, Burlington, Ontario L7L 5P5 — roughly fifteen minutes from Oakville, twenty-five minutes from Hamilton, and forty minutes from Toronto. Parking is free on site. You are welcome to visit in person; just call ahead.
Our media day service requires drivable proximity, so we focus on the GTA (Burlington, Oakville, Mississauga, Hamilton, Milton, Toronto, Etobicoke, Brampton, Vaughan) and surrounding Halton and Peel region communities. Digital-only services — Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, websites, automation — can be delivered to clinics anywhere in Canada.
Helpful but not required: your current monthly marketing spend, your patient-acquisition target for the next 12 months, your existing Google Ads or Meta Ads account access (if any), and a brief description of what has not worked previously. If you have none of these, we can still have a productive conversation.
